Lunch In Port Isaac

At the start of summer, my family and I went on holiday to Cornwall and camped there. On one day we travelled to a little town called Port Isaac to meet some family friends. I have to say Port Isaac is one of the cutest places I have ever been and all the houses and shops were so pretty and well decorated. I think this will be the first of a new travel series I'm starting called 'Lunch In...' so I can keep you up to date with what I'm up to and where I'm going.
It was such a lovely day and everyone in the town seemed to be smiling. We brought Peppa, my little black pug (post coming soon), a long with us and it was very hard to walk 10m without anybody stopping and saying hello to her!

The town was full of history but also very modern - it was the perfect balance to make the town so beautifully put together.

When in Cornwall, eat an ice-cream (which was particularly delicious)

The sea was so blue and it was such a beautiful day, I just wanted to jump straight in!

We had lunch at the cutest restaurant! We sat outside and were surrounded by these gorgeous sea themed blue mosaics which just added to the whole atmosphere so well.
This burger was actually gorgeous! I absolutely loved how well all the tastes blended and my elderflower was so refreshing on such a warm, sunny day.

All these little boats just looked so cute in the harbour, I just had to take pictures! This one (above) in particular is one of my favourite photos from my entire trip. I love the way the block colours of the boat stand out against the sand and sky as well how the seaweed is draped over the top of the rope - I just love the composition.

Anyway, these are just a few of my favourite photos from the trip so expect some more posts about places I went to on holiday and my photos taken there.

Goodbye,
Ellie x
